  1. You should start selling the liquid from your ecigs separately, not just in the prefilled cartridges . My wife purchases Instant Ecigs from time to time and I find the taste absolutely delicious but I refill my own cartridges with liquid from another retailer since it is much cheaper to refill on my own. If you started selling the liquid you would get me as a customer and I would pass the word on to other ecig users of your delicious liquid. I would not consider buying your prefilled cartridges since refilling my own is much cheaper although not quite as tasty.. Hope to be a customer some day.

  2. I love your product and buy an e cig every other day at my local gas station. Twice now I have bought one that doesn’t work. At $7.99 a pop it is infuriating to get home and ready to use it and it doesn’t work. I bought one tonight kept it and the original packaging. I am hoping you either can send me a new one or refund my money. I have tried other e cigs and yours is the only one I like. Thank you so much! Stephanie Coolman

Please let us know what areas or zipcodes are more convenience for you. If you are looking for a purchase close to downtown area, there is a BP Gas Station located in 1602 W Cermak Rd. where our refill cartridges are available.

  3. I have been trying to place this order for the second time with the following error. The same error as before.

    Sorry, there was an error: The cc payment type [American Express] and/or currency [USD] is not accepted REFID:4770881

    The first time I was told the error would be fixed but I guess it wasn’t.

    I had a similar problem with a different vendor. After a lengthy discussion with American Express, they told me they were experiencing this problem with other vendors also. The problem was with the vendors POS software. It needs to be updated to except a 2018 or later card expiration date. After incorporating this update it worked fine.

    Please check into this and let me know the results. I will then try to resubmit my order.

  4. Have always been treated very well by you guys and want to do more business with you. BUT wanted to order 2.4% Recharge kit and 5 pack 2.4% Classic refills—– both not listed. Hope you can keep up with demand and take it easy.

  5. Hi. Do you know when you will be getting Instant E-Cig Menthol back in stock? I’m completely out and so is the store that carries them in Bolingbrook, IL. Please don’t tell me they will be discontinued!!! Thanks
